CPR is led by a ten-member Board of Directors, listed below. CPR also benefits from the wisdom and experience of its Advisory Council. Members include Patricia Bauman (Bauman Foundation), Frances G. Beinecke (Past President, Natural Resources Defense Council), W. Thompson Comerford, Jr. (Senior Partner, Comerford & Britt, L.L.P.), Sally Greenberg (Executive Director, National Consumers League), John Passacantando (Executive Director, Ozone Action and Former Executive Director, Greenpeace USA), U.S. Rep. Member Scholar Robert R.M. Verchick holds the Gauthier ~ St. Martin Eminent Scholar Chair in Environmental Law at Loyola University, New Orleans, is the Faculty Director of the Center for Environmental Law at Loyola, and is a Senior Fellow in Disaster Resilience Leadership, Tulane University. He is the Board President of the Center for Progressive Reform.
Member Scholar Alejandro Camacho is Chancellor's Professor of Law at the University of California, Irvine, and Faculty Director, UCI Center for Land, Environment, and Natural Resources. He has a joint appointment in Law and Political Science.
Member Scholar Robert L. Glicksman is the J. B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Professor of Environmental Law at the George Washington University Law School.

Member Scholar Thomas O. McGarity holds the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Endowed Chair in Administrative Law at the University of Texas in Austin. He is the Founding President of the Center for Progressive Reform.
Member Scholar Joel A. Mintz is a Professor Emeritus of Law and C. William Trout Senior Fellow in Public Interest Law at Nova Southeastern University Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Member Scholar Sidney A. Shapiro holds the Fletcher Chair in Administrative Law at the Wake Forest University School of Law and is the Associate Dean for Research and Development.
