Description
Justus Booze was killed when he was pulled into a wood chipper. It was his first day of work and he was helping to remove large trees and brush from a residential lot. The owner of Countryside, Tony Watson, did not offer any training to workers about the hazards of getting caught in a wood chipper or instruct workers on how to operate the machine safely. OSHA's investigation also found that Watson had exposed workers to a host of other hazards.
